Chickens and Eggs

Today I made breakfast for the family. Using our favorite chickens (Amber) eggs. The were so pretty and green on the outside, the yolk was almost orange in color, they had a really hard shell and they tasted soooooo yummy!! Amber is one of our first babies we have raised from 1 day old and now she is laying nice eggs for us! Makes us soooo happy, Happy Memorial Day everyone!
